When the World’s Largest Car Show comes around each year, we start to hear about a project or two that a shop, aftermarket parts company or specific builder are working on for the event. Some companies even get their work displayed on several vehicles at the annual aftermarket product showcase event. This year, L&G Enterprises also known as LGE*CTS Motorsports, has been all-in on several projects for this years show including a total of 4 vehicles in the premium area that is all things with blue ovals, the Ford Motor Company Booth.
For starters, their Ford Raptor was just released on the cover of Truckin’ Magazine! This issue will be distributed at the SEMA Show and we will definitely be picking up a copy.
They have also worked on several other vehicles for the show including paint work on one for WD-40, two for Truckin’ Magazine and a ride for Top Gear Co-host and Professional-Driver-of-all-things-sketchy, Tanner Foust!
If you want to see Theresa Contreras from L&G doing her work on TV, there will be a rerun of the Car Warriors episode on the Thursday October 18 @ 6:00 on SPEED. The GM truck build went well and you can see the results over on their Facebook Page at: http://www.facebook.com/LGECTSMotorsports
When you think there couldn’t possibly be any more coming out from any shop at one time, Theresa tells us that she has also been working on an all-Female build for a “SEMA Mustang powered by Women”.
The SEMA Mustang Build Powered By Women, better known as “High Gear,” will debut in the Ford Motor Co. booth, Tuesday, October 30, at 10:00 a.m.—the opening day of the 2012 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The ’13 Mustang GT made national headlines during the summer when more than 40 women volunteered their time and expertise to customize the vehicle in less than two months. Immediately after the unveiling, the vehicle will be auctioned to raise money for the SEMA Memorial Scholarship Fund. Details about the auction are available at www.sema.org/auctions.
Wow! With all of these Projects, TV Shows, Magazine Cover Shoots and having their own Showoff in September at their Shop, you would think that volunteering the time to help for a good cause just isn’t possible. They made it happen. If you want them to make something happen on your ride, check them out at www.lge-paint.com and www.facebook.com/LGECTSMotorsports
